I am still working on my P90x program, now in week 5. I hesitated in posting feedback on week 4 which is designated as a recovery week since I wasn't sure whether I wanted a "break" after getting into a groove, nor wanted to whine about having to do yoga X twice in one week.
I am now in Week 5 with different DVDs and I notice that I do feel stronger. I have now lost 7 inches over all, mostly around my upper and lower waist so thanks AB Ripper X.
